1 shot espresso

UCC Gourmet Coffee Capsule #9 Forte

1 cup

Strawberry

1 tea bag

Hibiscus Tea

1/2 cup

Sugar

Sparkling Water

1 cup

Water

Rose Buds

Ices Cubes

PREPARATION METHOD

2 spoon of strawberry jam / homemade strawberry syrup in the glass.

Add ice cubes and 20 g of hibiscus tea.

Top up Sparkling water until half of the glass.

Add in 1 shot of espresso gently.

Garnish with rose buds.

(Pre-made) Homemade strawberry syrup - Combines 1 cup of dices strawberry, 1 cup of water and 1/2 of sugar into a pan . Turn the stove from medium to low heat. Keep stirring until caramelizes.
