SPARKLING YUZU COFFEE

INGREDIENTS

1 Drip Big

UCC Roast Master Drip Coffee - House Blend

2 Tablespoon

Yuzu Syrup

30 ml

Sparkling Water

Ice Cubes

Orange Slices

PREPARATION METHOD

Coffee Base: Pour over 100 ml of hot water into drip bag.

Add 2 tablespoon of Yuzu syrup into a glass and diluted with hot water.

Add ice cubes and top up sparkling water (about 30 ml) until half of the glass.

Pour in 50 ml of drip coffee gently.
