PANCAKE WITH COFFEE SYRUP
INGREDIENTS
Coffee Syrup:
- UCC the Blend 117 Instant Coffee
- Hot water
- Sugar
Pancake:
- Cake flour
- Sugar
- Egg yolk
- Egg White
- Milk
- Vanilla extract
PREPARATION METHOD
Coffee base: 3 tablespoons with 1 cup of hot water, stir gentle.
Coffee syrup: Boil 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water until caramelized. Then add coffee and stir gentle and mix.
Pancake mixture: Use a big glass bowl, add softly mix together with cake flour, sugar and baking powder.
Then add egg yolk, egg white, milk and vanilla extract, then mix well.
Pour the batter into a pan to cook! Repeat to pan fried for 3-5 pancakes.
Garnish with butter and coffee syrup.
