COFFEE CARAMEL RICH PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
*Egg Pudding*
*Caramel Sauce Base*
- Egg yolks
- UCC Craftsman Drip Rich
- Sugar
- Sugar
- Fresh cream
- Milk
- Vanilla Oil
PREPARATION METHOD
Prepare coffee base: Pour over 100ml of hot water with 1 drip bag
Prepare coffee caramel base: Put 50g of sugar into a pan and heat up on stove until caramelized, then add in 20 ml of coffee and keep stirring.
Add the caramel sauce into 4 small jugs and cold down for a while.
Prepare egg pudding: Mix well with 3 egg yolks and 30g of sugar
Then add in 150 ml of fresh cream, milk and vanilla oil, mix well
Take out the jug and fill the egg pudding base on top of caramel gently.
Keep in fridge overnight.
